Project completion SST MEIN EINKAUF - MACH ERP/Logistics
The aim of the "MEIN EINKAUF (formerly Open Ordering) - MACH ERP/Logistics interface" project, which began in mid-2022, was to make the financial liabilities from orders more transparent by listing them on account statements and cost center overviews. This requires the transfer of order transactions in Open Ordering, the electronic catalog system for orders without involving the procurement department, as a data record to the MACH M2/Logistics application. This interface was developed by MACH AG and veenion GmbH and also implemented by the latter.
The interface enables the transfer of order data, supplier information, payment and delivery terms as well as product group information. Changes to the order data in Open Ordering, such as delivery difficulties or cancellations, are also updated in the MACH software to ensure correct commitments and document items at all times.
Finally, an electronic procurement file will be created for each transaction in the MACH e-administration to store all relevant documents centrally.
