The business distribution plan (GVP) of the central administration of the RPTU provides a structured overview of the organizational structure within the administration. It serves as a guide or employees, students and external partners. The GVP clearly outlines the responsibilities, areas of competence and duties of the individual departments, divisions and units. This makes it easy to see which organizational units are responsible for specific administrative tasks, from human resources and financial matters to studies and teaching to infrastructure.

Objetives
The business distribution plan of the central adminsitration helps employees to:
- Understanding responsibilities: The GVP provides inforamtion about who is responsible for which tasks and areas. This facilitates communication and cooperation.
- Finding contacts: If you have any questions or problems, the GVP will quickly help to identify the right contact person.
- Understand structures: The GVP helps to understand the organizational structre between the various departments, divisions and units.
