Using an episode of the popular hospital series “Dr. House” as an example, Prof. Dr. med. Mang explains some clinical presentations in which staff at RPTU are authorized to act as physicians.
Just like last Christmas, the Workplace Health Management (BGM) program is hosting a Dr. House lecture. Prof. Dr. med. Mang will use an episode of the popular hospital series “Dr. House” to explain several clinical pictures in which employees at RPTU will have the opportunity to take on the role of doctors.
Together, we’ll discuss factors that lead to a disease and explore questions that help us piece together the puzzle of reaching a diagnosis. The aspects of the diseases discussed are woven into the plot of one of the Christmas episodes featured across the various seasons of “Dr. House.” With Christmas approaching under COVID-19 conditions, we want to awaken “the doctor within” all of us a little bit…
