Occupational health management

at the RPTU

Working together healthily at the RPTU

The Occupational Health Management (OHM) programme at RPTU supports all employees in staying healthy, motivated and productive. As a modern technical university, we combine scientific expertise, preventive services and health-promoting structures into a holistic approach that puts people at the centre. Our goal is to create a working environment in which well-being, safety and a sustainable health structure in the workplace are a matter of course. To this end, we develop needs-based measures, promote health-conscious behaviour and strengthen the resources of our employees. The project is being carried out in collaboration with the Techniker Krankenkasse health insurance fund.

Objectives and proposed programmes

Occupational health management is seen as a process with five different objectives. A description of the process, the objectives and further information about occupational health management can be found on the pages linked to in the Further information on occupational health management section.

Team Time

Team Time offers employees the opportunity to submit suggestions for improving processes. These are usually evaluated in advance and awarded prizes once a year. In addition, suggestions for improvement that make a significant contribution to achieving our occupational health management goals can be awarded a special occupational health management prize in a separate category.  Those who receive an award also have the opportunity to work with our project partner Techniker Krankenkasse to design a customised action day from the various health modules: relaxation coaching | back coaching | vitality coaching | stress type assessment | nutritional advice.

You can submit a suggestion via the link at the bottom of the page.
