Spin+X members are pleased to receive honors for posters at international events.

The following awards were granted:

- International Conference on Magnetism 2024 (ICM 2024), Bologna, Italy, from June 30 to July 5, 2024 - best poster award to Luca Haag, PhD student of the Spin+X group of Prof. Dr. Hans Christian Schneider at the RPTU in Kaiserslautern

- 803rd Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Seminar in Bad Honnef, from January 2 to 5, 2024 - best poster prizes were awarded to Marius Weber, also a doctoral student in Prof. Dr. Hans Christian Schneider's Spin+X group at RPTU in Kaiserslautern, and to Spin+X junior research group leader JProf. Dr. Angela Wittmann, JGU Mainz

The Heraeus seminar in Bad Honnef under the topic "Towards Functional van der Waals Magnets by Unlocking Synergies with Orbitronics, Magnonics, Altermagnetism, and Optics" was co-organized by PI Dr. Alexander Mook, JGU Mainz, who also took part in the award ceremony.
