Zentrum für Graduiertenförderung und akademische Personalentwicklung Landau (ZGaPL)

The ZGaPL (Zentrum für Graduiertenförderung und akademische Personalentwicklung / in English: Centre for Graduate and Academic Staff Development) is a central institution for the support of academic staff working at the Landau campus of RPTU. It offers all academic staff at the Landau campus support in the development of their careers - from doctoral candidates to senior professors. We offer services for all of the above target groups, but initially focus on doctoral candidates, postdocs, junior professors, permanent employees and professors.

We offer, among other things:

• interdisciplinary training through workshops and seminars
• coaching and consulting services,
• onboarding and offboarding,
• mobility and research support
   

Note: The university management expressly supports participation in seminars, lectures, workshops and other formats from the internal personnel development program during working hours. Find out more here.
