With the peer program, the Center for Graduate Support and Academic Staff Developmentwould like to make it easier for new scientists and academic staff to arrive at RPTU and help them get started in their new job. The peer program is open to all scientists. After you register, we create matches between employees who have been here for some time (peers) and those who are completely new. Matching will take place between researchers at similar career stages and can only be guaranteed if there are sufficient applications. A mentoring relationship is agreed between the two parties on an individual basis. In addition, we organize central exchange and networking meetings, which are open to all program participants.

As an incentive for your participation in the peer program, we offer you preferential registration for our workshop program.
