With the peer program, the Center for Graduate Support and Academic Staff Development would like to make it easier for new academic staff to arrive in Landau and at RPTU and help them get started in their new job. The peer program is primarily aimed at doctoral candidates and post-docs. After you register, we create matches between employees who have been in Landau for some time (peers) and those who are completely new. A mentoring relationship is agreed between the two parties on an individual basis. In addition, we organize central exchange and networking meetings, which take place four times a year and are open to all program participants.

As an incentive for your participation in the peer program, we offer you preferential registration for our workshop program.
