What do we offer?

The ZGaPL currently offers all scientists at the Landau campus 5 x 60 minutes of coaching and counseling as well as team development measures of up to one day. The coaching sessions are conducted by ZGaPL coaches or external coaches. All of our coaches are certified and have various further training courses that qualify them in different areas. All inquiries and the coaching content are, of course, treated in strict anonymity and confidentiality. A joint offer, which will also apply to scientists in Kaiserslautern, is currently being developed..
