The annual appraisal is a central instrument of personnel development at RPTU. It offers employees and managers the opportunity to discuss performance, goals, development opportunities and working conditions in a structured setting. The aim is to promote open communication, clarify mutual expectations and support personal and professional development.

Annual meeting

as part of the ZV control cycle

As part of the ZV management cycle, the manager conducts an annual appraisal with each employee in order to

  • define goals and
  • determine personal training and development needs


To support the preparation and implementation of annual appraisals, we offer employees and managers a handbook, guidelines and a handout for preparation. For employees, we also provide documents with criteria for management feedback.
