Continuous development
The RPTU sees personnel development as a central component of a modern university culture. The aim is to promote the individual skills of our employees, to support their professional development in the long term and thus to strengthen the performance of the entire university. It is based on the ‘Framework Concept for Personnel Development’ of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and also includes the ‘Framework Concept for Occupational Health Management’.
