- You are a scientist at RPTU.
- Coaching is the appropriate means of addressing the issue. Coaching is help for self-help, not psychotherapy.
- The issue cannot be addressed by participating in courses from our continuing education program or other internal RPTU offerings.
- You have a goal in mind, are motivated to make changes, and know that the responsibility for the success of the coaching lies with you.
Additional conditions for requesting further consultation hours:
- You have already used up your initial coaching hours.
- Sufficient coaching funds are available at the ZGaPL.
- In addition to the above conditions, we assess applications according to the following criteria:
- Applicants cannot receive funding for coaching from other RPTU bodies or third-party funding providers.
- Initial applications generally take precedence over follow-up applications.
- If funds are scarce, follow-up applications are placed on a waiting list. In this case, priority is given to the applicant who has not claimed coaching for the longest period of time.
- We strive to provide counseling to as many scientists as possible. If an application is not approved, you are of course free to arrange follow-up counseling using your own funds.
Cancellation of appointments:
The coach will inform you about the rules for canceling agreed appointments. If you fail to cancel an appointment in good time or fail to attend, resulting in costs, these costs will not be covered by the ZGaPL and must be borne by you. The ZGaPL reserves the right to review the agreement on further coaching sessions in the event of repeated cancellations or non-attendance.
