Feedback in Research – Clear, Constructive, Collegial
This workshop is offered in cooperation with the High Performance Center Simulation and Software based Innovation.
When and where?
22.06.2026, 09.00-13.00
Online via Zoom
What it is about?
Working independently in teams requires a high degree of professionalism in communicating with teammates. Understandably, participants are expected to treat each other openly and respectfully and to resolve difficult situations autonomously. This requires knowledge and skills to clarify different perspectives and formulate them in an acceptable manner. After this online seminar, participants will know how to formulate their perceptions and perspectives as constructive feedback in a way that is both understandable and respectful, and how to clarify the views of their conversation partners in a benevolent manner.
