Nonviolent Communication

What is it about?

This workshop will strengthen your communication skills in a respectful, clear, and effective way, helping you reduce misunderstandings, build trust, and communicate with greater confidence and impact. You will build awareness for appreciative and constructive communication and learn the core principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. The focus is on practical application in both professional and personal contexts. Through targeted techniques such as perspective-taking and active listening, you will enhance your ability to communicate intentionally and effectively. You will move from theory to practice, learning how to apply NVC directly in your daily life to communicate more clearly and effectively.
