What is it about?

Working independently in teams requires a high level of professionalism in communication with teammates. Understandably, it is required that those involved deal with each other openly and at the same time respectfully and clarify difficult situations autonomously. This requires the knowledge and ability to clarify different points of view and formulate them in an acceptable manner.

After this online seminar, you will know how to formulate your perceptions and perspectives as constructive feedback in an understandable and at the same time appreciative way and how to clarify the views of your conversation partners in a benevolent manner.

Content

  • Perception and interpretation: How do we shape our reality?
  • Thoughts become words: How can I formulate my construction of reality in a way that others can understand?
  • The art of giving feedback: How do I remain authentic and at the same time appreciative in my communication?
  • How do I deal with non-constructive feedback in a solution-oriented way?

In order to ensure the sustainability of the training, the participants have the possibility to get support by phone or e-mail even after the training.
