Zabrina Welter is a research associate at the Chair of Sustainability Governance at the University of Freiburg. She also holds various positions at the Environmental Peacebuilding Association and works freelance for several international organizations. She holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg in Germany and a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on conflict resolution and peacebuilding from Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia. She has more than four years of international experience in project support and research in the areas of environmental governance, conflict and peace. Her research focuses on post-conflict governance of natural resources and environmental peacebuilding.
