Employees and doctoral students of the Fraunhofer Institutes IESE and ITWM, as well as researchers at various career stages of RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.

Course Description

During the academic qualification phase, there is often uncertainty about how to plan and where to plan your future career.  This workshop will help you to clarify this path. Based on the career opportunities offered by your individual profile, the focus will be on how you can realise these options

Course Goals

The seminar is designed to help you make decisions and plan your career consciously, whether that be in academia or another professional field, such as science or business.

Other Information

The workshop does not provide a magic formula for a »successful career«, but rather supports you in planning your own career path. As well as imparting knowledge, the workshop provides space for reflection and the systematic development and implementation of ideas.

The workshop is open to all young scientists of RPTU as well as employees and doctoral researchers at the Fraunhofer Institutes IESE and ITWM.
