Online seminar "Good Scientific Practice"

When and where?

16.10.2024, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. online via zoom.

What it is about?

Whether writing a term paper, a protocol or a doctoral thesis - it is good practice for a scientist to mark the thoughts of others correctly. We provide an overview and concrete examples of the rules and guidelines of good scientific practice that need to be observed. From bibliography to quality assurance and the various roles of the stake holders, we present examples of common practices for several disciplines. Based on historical cases, but also with concrete examples from the everyday life of a university, we raise awareness for the topic.
