Network for the promotion of young scientists!

The TU-Nachwuchsring is RPTU's interdisciplinary institution for the support of early career researchers and offers its early career researchers comprehensive support for the development of their careers.

Our target group includes doctoral candidates, postdocs, habilitation candidates, junior research group leaders, junior professors and tenure-track professors (for details see criteria “ Young scientists”).

Our offer includes:

Professional and interdisciplinary further qualification through courses,
financial support instruments,
coaching offers
and interdisciplinary networking.

Back again: Series of talks "Doctorate at last! And now what?"

On August 7th, 2025 from 12:00 - 01:30 p.m. our series"Doctorate at last! And now what?!” starts with the topic of “Management consulting and strategy”.

What is it about?

Based on their own experiences, two doctoral graduates will talk about how they fared after their doctorate, where and as what they now work and how they got there.

Questions from the audience are welcome! The event will be held in German.

What is it about?

You can expect short (30-90 minute) lecture sessions on various topics that are relevant for early career researchers and for which a full workshop is not necessary.
