If you are interested in pursuing the Master's programme in Industrial Engineering and Management, you can find the admission requirements here:
You can participate in the programme if you have successfully completed the Bachelor's examination in Industrial Engineering and Management at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Alternatively, you can prove that you have completed at least 180 credit points (not including practical experience) and have a university degree that qualifies you for a profession.
Please note that you must provide proof of English language proficiency that corresponds to level C1 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.

If you did not obtain your Bachelor's degree at RPTU, you must meet the following admission requirements:

Economics
Business Administration 36 credit points
Proof of competence in the areas of
Cost and revenue accounting, financial reporting, production/logistics, marketing, investment and financing, human resources, organisation and operations research, strategic management

Economics 12 credit points
Proof of competence in the areas of
Microeconomics, Macroeconomics

Law 9 credit points
Proof of competence in civil law and a further legal specialisation

Scientific Foundations 8 credit points
Competences in the field of philosophy of science

Subject area electrical engineering totalling at least 88 credit points
Mathematical and statistical methods 38 credit points
Proof of competence in the areas of
Descriptive and inferential statistics, analysis, vector calculus, differential equation systems and data science


Experimental physics, electrical engineering, electronics, measurement technology, information processing
50 credit points

Industrial engineers are in demand in many industries thanks to their interdisciplinary skills. Master's graduates are particularly recommended for demanding tasks in specialist and management positions within business and industry. A business internship of 12 weeks is required for your Master's programme. You should note:

The practical phase must take place in an economic context, whereby the exact areas of application are flexible.
The working hours should be at least 20 hours per week. A 40-hour week does not affect the number of weeks.
You have the possibility to complete the internship in different companies.
The search for suitable internships is your responsibility.
This internship is an integral part of your studies and should be completed before graduation.
