Below you will find the privacy policy of the Central Student Counseling at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau

The collection of your personal contact data, your field of study and your request is necessary for making an appointment and conducting a counseling session. The data will be stored by the Central Student Counseling in a ticket system at RPTU for the duration of the purpose of data collection and can only be viewed by authorized persons. Once the purpose has ceased to exist, the data is automatically deleted.

Consent to data processing is voluntary. The undersigned has the right not to consent to data processing and the declaration of consent. Without this consent, you must send us a request for advice by e-mail (studienberatung-ld@rptu.de), by telephone or in person.

Complaints, requests for information and other concerns should be addressed to Central Student Counseling (Erwin-Schrödinger-Straße 37, 67663 Kaiserslautern).
