Below you will find the privacy policy of the Central Student Counseling Office at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau

Collecting your personal contact information, your field of study, and the nature of your inquiry is necessary for scheduling an appointment and conducting a counseling session. The data is stored by the Central Student Counseling service at RPTU in a ticket system for the duration of the purpose for which it was collected and can only be accessed by authorized persons. Once the purpose no longer applies, the data is automatically deleted.

Consent to data processing is voluntary. The undersigned has the right to refuse to consent to data processing and to the declaration of consent. Without this consent, you must submit a counseling request to us via email (studienberatung-ld@rptu.de), by phone, or in person.

Complaints, requests for information, and other inquiries should be directed to the Central Student Counseling (Erwin-Schrödinger-Straße 37, 67663 Kaiserslautern).
