More than 290 professors and their teams conduct research at RPTU: By networking our research expertise, we address the complex and major challenges of our time such as climate change, digitalization and social transformation. Research in RPTU's seven profile lines is made possible not least by the research infrastructure available in RPTU's 16 departments. In order to pool expertise and resources, important research infrastructures at RPTU are combined within the departments, across departments and in research buildings.
