Lautarium 2.0: Presentation of the computer-based support program for children with reading and spelling difficulties

The workshop will focus on the support concept, content and implementation of training with Lautarium 2.0. After an introductory presentation with demonstrations, there will be the opportunity to try out the program for yourself on the notebooks provided.

The computer-based support program "Lautarium" for children with reading and spelling difficulties was developed in the "Cognitive and Developmental Psychology" working group at RPTU in Kaiserslautern as part of the BMBF priority program "Developmental Disorders of School Skills". The program is based on the latest international research into the causes and treatment of reading and spelling difficulties and has proven effective in numerous studies. A new, web-based version of Lautarium will be released in spring 2026. Lautarium 2.0 can be used platform-independently at various locations with different end devices.
