What is it about?
In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn methods and techniques that will help them cope with exam stress and exam anxiety during their studies. The trainers will lead practical exercises that help students to organise themselves more effectively in the exam preparation phase and to be able to deal with the exam situation in a more competent way.
Objectives:
Self-reflection: Reflect on your own behaviour when faced with stress and anxiety: âHow do I notice exam stress and/or exam anxiety physically and mentally? How can I change my previous behaviour in a positive way?â
Background knowledge: The aim is to better understand the causes of stress and anxiety in order to find effective ways to improve your own situation.
Practical exercises: You will be introduced to a range of techniques that will help you to change inhibiting patterns of behaviour. You will learn new (mental) methods to deal with exam stress and anxiety more confidently in the future.
